I do not even get that far: After clicking on the bluehost.com download link, the password window appears, I leave it blank and click on OK as indicated but it keeps popping up again....Result: I can't access the files at all...

eSignal isn't working AGAIN this morning....(at least the Eurex feed) This is getting absurd....already lost a whole trading day on friday... I just called them, they're aware of the problem (they're aware of it since last friday) and it STILL isn't working....:mad: :mad: :mad:

Yeah, all products are affected now...this is incredible.....

Would someone from eSignal please comment on this... I think it is quite amazing that for them it is just another "oh yeah, we're aware of this and we'll do our best to fix it" issue.... Wake up and DO something about it....

OK I call it quits for today....the feed keeps dropping... I've contacted eSignal by phone and via their liverep chat, they're actually aware of the problem, but that's it...... Talk about bad customer service....

I've been having problems with my eSignal Eurex feed lately. It suddenly freezes and I have to restart to get it going again. I know of some other eSignal customers who have been having the same problem. What's the matter eSignal?

It's 10.15 and everything is still down... New IB message: To DTB traders: Thu Sep 14 04:14:24 2006 EST Resolution: Pretrading at DTB will be extended until further notice. LOSERS!!!

This is getting ridiculous, I've never witnessed such a long outage.....

Just a few days ago and again in August.....(the August outage was quite short though, you wouldn't have noticed it unless you're a scalper).

How much longer will they wait before they FINALLY invest in some decent infrastructure..... They behave like they're a startup with an unproven business model and serious lack of funding.....

I just got a message from Interactive Brokers, the Eurex is down because of technical problems at the exchange.... What a bunch of losers (the Eurex), this is the third time in a few weeks that this kind of problem happens.....

Eurex is down on eSignal since 16:50 CET (all other markets are working). Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

it seems to be working again, but the outage lasted 5 full minutes....reliability has been declining recently...
