    Day-Trading 2.0 for small traders

Hey everybody, this is a great thread. Can we please try to stay on topic. I don't think anyone is intentionally trying to derail this thread but it's getting a little "noisy". Let's show jjrvat some respect. Thanks.

Thanks for your kind words. It's never my intent to get banned but STUFF HAPPENS!

Yes, a high win rate. Making 2 pips should be simple. The range of a 5 min candle is usually more than 2 pips. Just a matter of buying low and selling high.

Hi Tomaz: That's the reason I started coding in MT4 - so my friends could have free charting. www.metatrader.com

The "cool" part is you are watching 8 timeframes and it only takes your brain a fraction of a second to process the colors/arrows. Try looking at 8 charts with 2 lines... That's 16 pieces of information you will have to observe and process. DIGITAL COMPASS wins every time. Just like my...

    Day-Trading 2.0 for small traders

Today, I wasn't feeling well, so I was entering/exiting trades for a 2 pip gross profit. I left a lot on the table but I didn't care. I took what I could before the market took it back.

Many reasons: 1) I give away code for FREE and that attracts attention away from the site (sometimes) and they don't like the fact I say "DONATIONS AND GIFTS ACCEPTED" in my code. Even though most forums have people SELLING code, they have a problem with me. 2) If they do/say something...

You are on the internet, if you google search, you'll probably find what you are looking for. MODERATORS aka FORUM POLICE, watch me like a hawk, so I can't post any links.

The top arrow tells me if the waves are making higher/lows highs. The bottom arrow tells me if the waves are making higher/lows lows. I can see all the time frames in a glance. SIMPLE. Personally, I like the M1 and M5.

I do EXACTLY what jjrvat spelled out on page 1. 1) Determine MACRO status... if price below ma(240) look for short entry, if price above ma(240) look for long entry. 2) Look at the WAVE ma(6) status... are the waves making higher/lower high/lows. If higher lows, then you go long when...

I can't intelligently comment on it unless you post your entry/exit criteria.

Wrote a DIGITAL COMPASS to tell me if the waves are higher/lower.

    Day-Trading 2.0 for small traders

WHO IS IN CONTROL: BUYERS OR SELLERS? I asked jjrvat for permission to discuss CONTROL in his thread. I developed a simple way to determine if the buyers or sellers are in control. I use the current and previous candle's midpoints. If the price is ABOVE both midpoints then the...

I may be repeating myself... It is simple to lift a weight. It is relatively easy to lift 10 lbs. Many can lift 50 lbs. Not too many can lift 500 lbs. Lifting is simple, ease is a function of your strength and the weight.

    I use a 1 min and a 5 min chart to time my entry/exit.

Most people FAIL TO PLAN and, by default, plan to fail. Others FAIL TO FOLLOW THE PLAN, and thus fail. The road to success is a lot less crowded. As Anthony Robbins says, "SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES". Most people spend more on hair care products than they do on education. They care more...
