Does IB actually allow you to route to the OTC ECN?

I don't want to advertise any service but I think scanz.com could do that. I am using it to track OTC stocks and I have every ticker that trades in realtime. I can also export it to CSV you could sort by percentage change

What do you mean unlimited symbols? With scanz.com you can scan by market (nyse/nasdaq/otc). Or do you mean the ability to load more than 500 symbols into a single watchlist?

Java already sends update notifications all the time. I doubt he doesn't have the latest release. Store's return policy is up to the store to decide.

Maybe it's the TV trader module slowing it down? I got about 60 level2 windows open and it uses 1500mb ram. I don't use it for charts.

I would go grab a new card at the store and see if it makes a difference. If it doesn't just return it. That would be quickest and cheapest method.

The one I used was the Radeon 7870 with 6 miniDP ports. I had to buy miniDP to HDMI converters. I believe some models come with the cables. The RX590 seems like a better choice though because it's newer and also has more video ram.

I would get a dedicated card and run them all off it. There are some that support up to 6 1920x1080 monitors.

I am using 3 4k monitors connected to 1060 via DisplayPort cables and running 60hz. No i am not using the integrated card at all.

what refresh rate are your monitors running in?

I think that graphics card is too weak. I'm using a a Dell 8700 too but it's a 6700k with a 1060 with 6gb ram and it runs ok (no charts just level2 windows) but the TOS program in general is a huge memory hog.

I believe as long as you are only engaged in stock trading in the US and nothing else, then that does not count as a "connection with trade or business in the US" as per IRS Pub 519 (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p519.pdf) So you could have the cash in a bank account from what I'm reading...
