Call delta is bound between 0 and 100. A digital (nadex binary) will be 0 or 100 as well as of expiration. Yes the payout is capped on both a vertical and a digital. On a digitial is is a full payout. On a vertical it is a varying payout depending upon underlying settlment price in relation to...

Inaccurate, there is a varying payout/profit on a vertical depending on where the underlying market is in relation the where it is in relation to the bought price and the upper strike on the vertical. You do not get full payout on a vertical debit spread if ie if it expires 10 ticks lower...

The below is not stating you should trade any specific instrument. If choosing between verticals and nadex binaries then this may help. Its simply a comparison of the two based on comparison statements made in this thread. Statement: A nadex binary price 0-100 can be derived using the same...

Again I would expect nothing less than a insult combined with a statement without substance from you. The very reason (knowledge) I do the short term binaries is to collect on time and potentially price. Get maximum theta decay, combined with high gamma requiring minimal or no price...

I never said simplicity does make it correct. But simplicity does not make it incorrect either. Might want to think on that one as I think you like to make things complex to sound smart. I like to make them simple as possible to make them applicable. Why must i post the same thing to you...

No by all means chime in. Thank you for clarifying. Maybe I was not clear and I totally see what you are saying. Please let me clarify as the issue hear is are they poorly priced and what is an accurate pricing model. A vertical yes would be a better comparison on payout risk reward etc.. due...

So Nadex Commissions where capped at $9.00 and $9.00 if settled ITM or closed before expiration. (No fee if settles OTM) What would your fees be if you did 1,000 option contracts? In response to: As I responded earlier all exchanges have bid/ask spreads and fees and theirs are...

The only way I use short term binaries is for premium collection. Buying or selling a ITM binary I do this around the clock and use stops if my strike is hit I exit to ensure proper risk management. Time passing price in my favor, price flat, price against me slightly i profit on the trade.

Don't apologize just go away really? If you don't like it this is a question about Nadex. You don't like it you go away your the one that keeps coming in with rude comments, showing your option prowless and evidence or substance to back up any claim you have made or counteract the evidence i...

You have yet to address the proofs i have given on all your original arguments and are conveniently turning it towards touch.. No problem i get it you don't have any evidence to counter what i have exhibited just theoretical statements that in no way help a trader improve or even disprove...

Drownpruf, Wow, sorry I offended you. You of course don't have to do anything. I was just responding to your statements and providing evidence showing what I was saying and ideally get some evidence of what you where saying to be accurate and that I was false so I and others could learn...

As I responded earlier all exchanges have bid/ask spreads and fees and theirs are comparable. I've seen no evidence to the contrary. I've already been trading them 2 years now. But I understand its not for everyone. To each his own...

So your response is I'm right your wrong with no evidence screenshots pricing examples etc..? A call yes continues to earn but the sold call on a vanilla continues to lose and the profit is capped. Maybe your just smarter than me. Thats okay. but the post below does not help explain...

Yes I am. Maybe you missed what i posted. Touch is a target fill. When it hits (touches) this price (strike) then it is hit. When price hits a strike you know you can exit at say 47(bid)/53(offer) as the binary will ALWAYS be a mid of 50. Again show any evidence to the contrary. So if i buy at...

Sounds like you have done well enough. Thats awesome. I compared the binaries like you said. ITM/OTM etc... the fact is the price of the binary is the delta the same strike with the same expiration. http://screencast.com/t/w7mGArF39cCN call it coincidence or whatever but its always like...
