    IB quotes are all messed up after the fed reports. Any Cybertrader opinions are welcome. IB servers just cannot handle the surge in volume anymore.

    I think you can put an IP address in the computer name box. Try VPN into you XP Pro machine. That way, you don't need to use an IP address. You will have accessed to you local LAN network.
