So Long Firefox, It's Been Real

I've been using Firefox since it was called Firebird, and before that, I used the Mozilla Suite that Phoenix/Firebird was birthed from.. However, I found myself using Chrome a few years back and haven't made an effort to stick with Firefox for my main browsing application. This was the...

Can you get a mortgage if you are a trader?

Ack, didn't mean to come off as suggesting you were out of your element... :/ I just wanted to provide more info from a point of view not considered in this thread yet.

Can you get a mortgage if you are a trader?

You're clearly not a finance person. (Which is a compliment.) Having equity tied up in your home can, in many cases, not be ideal. A lot of companies will sell their real estate (even when that includes their own offices) and lease them back from the new owners. It might sound stupid, but...

    Corn tick size

Is this a legacy thing? I mean, is this just kept around from pre-computerization days? If not, why would they be quoted this way?

I never cease to be amazed by Ubuntu

Visualized Windows running in a VM environment STILL uses NTFS. All you've done is put a logical NTFS formatted volume on top of the host OS's filesystem. Creating an extra layer. Bernard111 was asking about running Windows directly from a *nix filesystem, like installing Windows native...

I never cease to be amazed by Ubuntu

.... no. Just no. Windows NT has been build to use NTFS from multiple (lower) levels of the OS, not just the read/write aspect. It simply won't work. I didn't say "the path you're on is a dead end" flippantly.

    anyone a forex money manager?

I've been wondering this for a while. Nearly every single one of that guy's posts is just bumping threads that haven't been responded to in years. All of them are FX related. Something's not right here. They might be trying to inflate their post count to submit reviews in the review...

    BMT Elite Membership

Explain the whole "clusterfuck of lawsuits" bit. While I don't condone undue bashing of vendors (I stress the 'undue' part,) I can't see how anything he's doing could land him in court. Specifically: Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 protecting most online sites...

I never cease to be amazed by Ubuntu

Some software lets Windows read/access non-native file-systems. However, you still cannot run Windows itself off ext4 native. This path you're on has a dead end.
