Also, since S&P 500 gives announcement date randomly between 1 - 5 days prior to effective date, if I only have effective date, is there a way to get the announcement date other than just assuming?

I am desperate to get some recent additions and deletions of S&P 500. if the data comes with accurate announcement date and effective date, that would be awesome. Plz help
