if the stop limit order are not executed what you do with it ?

kiwi which type order do you use? stop or limit order

it is limit order sent by ts if not filled in 10 seconds then turn into market order

until now I did not get a decent reply from IB

today I open IB tws demo account and TS and hyperorder autotrading hsi j7 at 10:53:56 the excution price is 20668 I checked the chart I could not find such a price what is wrong ?

the demo account shows data connection ok but real account shows not stable sometimes it loses sometimes it connects what is wrong
