    Swing Trading >> Daytrading

You don't need leverage to come out ahead. I never use leverage and I never risk more than 1% of my bankroll in any trade. Add to that a daytrader is compounding at a faster rate because each days growth compounds at the bankrolls growth from the previous day.

Do Robin Hood traders create short squeezes?

You ever been on r/wallstreetbets discussion board at the top of their sub? They are literally planning manipulation trades to push stocks up or down. The mods say it's a bankable offense as it's an SEC violation but they do it anyways.

    Why I bought McDonald's today...

They expanded it to compete. Fries, drinks, burgers, chicken sandwiches, breakfast, I think ice cream.

    Why I bought McDonald's today...

Any McDonald's I go to charges like 80 cents for Big Mac sauce. I finally learned to start asking for it on the side. If you get it on the burger they give you like 3 drops, even if you emphasize extra. If you get it on the side they give you enough for like 2 burgers.

    Why I bought McDonald's today...

Ha, I thought you were going to tell us about how you went and bought drive thru. I was going to tell you about the McDouble with a side of Big Mac sauce I bought yesterday. I'll see myself out now.

Do Rich people have accounts with retail brokers like Ameritrade or E*trade ?

Yeah that's the thing here. I'm by no means advocating this guys system. In fact, I have no idea what his system is beyond knowing he plays volatile penny stocks just from the trades he talked about. I play volatile stocks as well from penny to double digits, and do pretty well. All that aside...

Looking into Robinhood Traders - what makes them so special...

I've been wondering the same about those who use Robinhood. Initially it was the 30 year old millennials still living with mommy and daddy who call stocks "stonks" and didnt want to pay $5 commissions as that ate up 30% of their account balance in a single trade. But now every broker offers...

Do Rich people have accounts with retail brokers like Ameritrade or E*trade ?

This was him testing out Etrade commission free trading for his followers. This was the first and only day he traded on there.

Do Rich people have accounts with retail brokers like Ameritrade or E*trade ?

This place is turning into a liberal shithole that sounds like a bunch of 15 year olds attacking the messenger rather than the guys message because facts aren't on their side. That's exactly how liberals operate. I dont like your message so I'll either destroy you or not allow your message. In...

Do Rich people have accounts with retail brokers like Ameritrade or E*trade ?

I daytrade penny stocks after premarket gap ups all the time and make hundreds to thousands in a few hours doing it. I wouldn't sign up for his course. I don't need to. The point is that his trade is irrelevant. He confirmed the trades and times in his conversation with Etrade. The point is the...

Daytraders, When was the last time you stripped down to a naked chart and traded without indicators?

I mean, I have a few moving averages going along with volume, but I could trade without them. I draw trendlines, but honestly, I can usually see the trend without the lines. I rely on candles though. I trade price action. I'd be just fine if all I had was candlesticks and a cup of Ben and...

Do Rich people have accounts with retail brokers like Ameritrade or E*trade ?

The problem is it shows when he placed his order and when they filled his order. To add insult to injury they told him they held it that long for his own good because it might have gotten a better price. Instead they filled it at a price 20% to 30% higher. The broker should not be trading their...

Do Rich people have accounts with retail brokers like Ameritrade or E*trade ?

Sometimes a market order is necessary. If bars are closing on their highs or lows it's prudent to buy the market order. Having your broker hold your order so they get free gibs from MM's isn't. That's exactly what happened here, especially if you listen to the phone call between him and Etrade...

I would suggest going to the tab Help>>Get Help>>Platform Trading From there, at the top you will see more Tabs. Go to Place Trades>>Trade Bar>>Trade Bar Orders>>OCO/OSO Orders>><Choose one of the drop downs from here> I only utilize Chart Trading and OCO orders.

Taking the L with a grain of salt

I like that philosophy. Especially since deep down inside I already know it is the case. I ended up making my loss back the next day time 4. Thank you for the perspective.

This guy, who runs Warrior Trading, apparently had an issue with their execution as well. I'm not affiliated with him, nor do I follow him or his strategies. I remember seeing these videos BEFORE I began daytrading with Etrade. I took it with a grain of salt at the time.

    Billions

It's become over the top slapstick at this point. It feels scripted when they talk at this point. It's still entertaining. I like the 2 leads, but the writing has become somewhat of a joke at this point.
