AMT, I've got demo from them... I am now question whether NxCore provides more granular data than CQG... Althought the price is good for the data their 12 mo contract is a bit of obligation... I dont want it unless I am 100% this is the best deal on the market... How did you resolve this...

Rithmic is better. Zen is buggy Rithmic wrapper which cant be faster by definition. For retail users the difference is negligible though.

I think it would be nice to collect all the Rithmic-enabled brokers info somewhere in same place. I know only Optimusfutures provides Rithmic and R Trader. Now we can add Vision markets... Need to find out what their comms are like though :)

Yeah those are two separate issues... And I am trying to figure them both in different postings... The timer thing and TradeVec questions were about recording and availability of data for testing purpose. The NTP is about synching your system with live data and that is different.

Sorry.. What you are saying is outside of my comprehension... My question is very specific and is related to a software which provides backtesting / replay capabilities and is valid for recorded data within the software... Basically those questions mean - is TradeVec better than Ninja...

AMT, you noted Tradevec several times over quite a few forums.. If you really think the software deserves more attention - why dont you put the whole pitch together (with added a recorded webinar perhaps) and explain in few words what is so great about it.. I personally tried twice to demo it...

You took my question a bit too serious.... The point was - you either BlackSwan fan or TA fan. You cant do both. The whole idea of TA based on normal distribution. And the whole point of Black Swan is that normal distribution do not exist. A bit of kerfuffle isnt it.

BTW - order shake game - is it a known strategy or you just imporvised? I mean I am not going to do it (I even dont know what is it).. Just curious what over people could manage to achieve...
