Do you use pending orders? Also, if you compare the size of the spread to how much the price moves, you can see USDMXN's "spread" is pretty similar to common pairs like GBPNZD.

Use MT4. There's a lot of support for it, tick data is free, scripts are free, and MT4 itself is free. It's not perfect but tick data testing using MT4 is the next best thing to forward testing on demo or live.

There are no better options here. The cost of living is very high and you pretty much have to grovel to get a $10 an hour job here even with college education. The minimum wage in some states is $7.25 an hour while the average cost of an apartment in that same state is $1200 a month. If YouTube...

It really depends on your strategy. I've never traded exotics but pulling up a USDMXN and USDTRY for example and scrolling back in chart history, my strategy would have worked just as well. This week, I'll be adding those pairs to the mix.

I wonder if they're really just running a demo account internally. In any case, based on the leverage and their requirements, it's just not practical, for me anyway.
