That's what I use, but also degap to reduce non-volume moves. Caveat: For proper trading across EOD bars one must also consider the gaps of course.

Fann galore. I know it's a mess, but there's a pattern here too:

    Rattlesnake pattern

You ride the beaks aall the way, before they snap shut! Then you long the sucker, just before it gets eaten by the crocodile. . . Yes, you short the crocodile, naturally. Unless, it's organic.

Here's chart from 2014. Added bm's, but not using them yet.

"ftt" just follow the tapes for now, so not including any bigger picture than "oh, tape reversed ftt on tape level". Tapes generally just follow bar-bar price geometry/footprint, though OB can go both ways depending on volume. I see #102 should be B now. Starting to move slowly beyond simple...

Daily DG QQQ. Focus on turns and ftt though still just taping.

I had troubles annotating regular QQQ data. This was alleviated by degapping. Also @stepan7 kindly showed several charts where degapping made some difference. Note that degapping also comes with caveats and risks that need be dealt with, so at this stage this is mostly about the annotations at...

Here's C-turns as stronger coloured box with black border, B-turns with less strong colour and no border.

Progression using coloured boxes for C-turns. Still only tape-level annotations/perspective, though all the comments about slower fractals very much appreciated!

Back to basics bootcamp fixing taping during Easter. Seems Easter started on 29.03 with ftt! :)

There are tons of threads to read, but what really makes a difference is doing MADA and differentiating the various PV annotations yourself. How to trade it, is left as exercise to the trader, but ideally it should be traded intrabar using PRV. I don't use this for trading, yet, but want to...

My mind, hopefully! This is learning a method of annotation though. When one learns it, can be used to develop trading ideas. For latest pic (now cherry picked hindsight), you can imagine the green bm's as a sort of sl, though it is more a line in the sand for latest trend developement. For...

Started using bookmarks, price cases that make money and fastest fractal: Annotating at the bar of detection, and mostly not redrawing too much, so this is very near to how it would look in realtime, except some differences during bar evolution. Annotation text providing some context.

Ok, having separate color for stictches now. Not sure how people make bar annotations, but my experience with NT is that it doesn't play nice across different timeframes, scaling/zoom-levels and the vectors tend to get jumbled up after loading new bars etc. So something automatic would be nice...

Good idea! I've changed so that area is blue and red (translucent) according to OB colour. I've tried making OB bars themselves coloured, though when annotating manually bar by bar and iteratively, the coloured area seems less intrusive than multiple colours on price bars. Bar 18-19: 19 is OB...

I don't know ;) Not on this fractal, maybe on the lower one!

Would degapping work? When thinking about it, should be good for intrabar focus, disregarding nuances of interbar.
