I think trader99 is right. I am a very short-term daytrader, usually hold a position for minutes. This is one reason why the entry is so important for me. For Buffett or other long term investors, they don't need to worry too much about it.

The TNotes and Tbonds have very small movement in the price. But the volume are still in the normal range. It is quite strange when I watch the 1min charts, there are thousands of trades, but the prices can stay at the same level. What are those big guys doing? Are they trading for nothing?:D

Disconnected even when the market is quiet!

My TWS experienced lots of disconnection with IB those few days. I am not sure this is the problem of my ISP(it is not a very good one) or IB. Does anyone using IB also have similar problem?
