I think if remove the "daily" then it is easier to do. Then it is an average and allows you to be selective.. a $1200 trade a weeks achieves the goal. A decent swing trade which is relatively easy to find a couple of times a week can also do the trick. The challenge is approaching each day...

Considering I am currently all in or all out I have decided simply to focus on the risk side so no R:R calculations for me. Now if I used a system that limited reward to a fixed value that would be a different matter entirely but I don't.

How many low volume runs have we had in the last year as well as high volume dips that have been reclaimed? In my opinion daily volume means squat for ES, a market that is moved by a few that consider it too important a market.

This Chop-Uptrend... if you don't buy prior day resistance you suffer (given 2pt stop) buying even mini breakouts.. glacial pace annoying.. A swing trade would have been much more peaceful.. 20/20 hindsight of course.. Something so contrived about the whole thing..

I prefer tick/volume charts. a 3200tick is sometimes slower that a 5 mins depending on activity.. point taken.. if you can't see it on a reasonably long time-frame, it may not be worth seeing. I don't and haven't used oscillators is months. Thanks for your comments.
