I'd give more credence to somebody, with decent experiences, who trades smaller lots more frequently than somebody who makes 1 or 2 big picks.

buy the penny stock(s) that dropped the most, then wait for the recovery. a 10cent stock that drops to 5cents and back up to 8cents is a tiddy profit in fantasy land trading.
