    FX futures against the cash

There certianly is an arb there but you need to be creative. It's easy to write an algo that will execute your cash fx versus futures. Just factor in your cost of carry using forward points and dte of your futures. FCM's / banks can then EFP their cash fx exposure back to the exchange and...

    Ninjatrader and internet

My group has their own environment and I checked with our IT guru and he noted that TT does fully support encryption over an internet connection but it is disabled by default as most folks who are using an internet connection prefer to use VPN for security. FCM's have control as to whether...

No trailing stops on Emini options?

CME doesn't support stops on options. You'll need front end that supports these off the exchange. You don't want to give a stop order to a broker or market maker either. You'll get run over. Look at TT...they began offering a series of sythetic stop orders last year.

Tight stops keep you in the market longer when you think about it. Not using stops, or using loose stops, will drain your your account faster. Enter the market, place your stop and profit orders and don't worry about it. Focus on your next trade. This one is done.

    CME's RFQ capability?

You needn't 'know' anyone. Market Makers are obligated and incented by the exchanges to respond to RFQ requests. They have quotes...i.e. respond to 90% of all RFQ's within 10 seconds to get a 20% rebate on clearing fees from the exchange. The MM's don't know who is sending the RFQ. Keep in...

    CME's RFQ capability?

RFQ's sent with size are not binding, you are only asking the market maker to quote a market for that many contracts. The market marker is then bound to execute for the quoted number of contracts at the prices they publish. The issuer of the RFQ is not held to that quantity at all. The...
