I had access to the Currenex Euro feed last Summer when I worked at Refco. Generally a 1 pip spread during the London & New York sessions with 20-30 mil liquidity at the buy and the offer at the 1 pip spread with 10-15 mil at each of the next 2 pips on either side. No idea what it's like now...

Check and see if your trading platform has software to analyze your trades. TT's X-Trader has this feature. It can tell you things like your average time in a trade for both your winners and losers, and your average gain/loss, etc. Cheers, TRADERguy

According to Market News it was stops in USD/JPY and EUR/JPY and some help from IMM accounts going into the close. There was also mention of a large Swiss bank selling euro-yen.

Just heard on Bloomberg TV that Poole was misquoted and that his overall comments suggested maintaining the current pace of interest rate increases is likely to continue for some time.

It means that eventually rates will have to go up faster than .25% per meeting. However, PPI was so benign that "eventually" seems like a long way off. Cheers, TRADERguy

Did anybody trading futures click to buy the Euro right when the trade balance was released? My retail spot platform doesn't work very well for a few seconds after important numbers come out and I'm wondering what kind of a fill people got on Globex. Cheers, TRADERguy
