LR IS objectively produced whereas trendlines are not, that's the point at hand , it's irrelevant what you think. Nothing really 'works' but again that is not the point. EW are hand drawn rubbish, they could improve no end if you knew what you were doing. But hey it's up to anyone what so...

Let's not even talk about that before we can get indicators which are NOT HAND drawn like .... the infamous ' trend lines ' and the elliot so called wave. I mean why not use basic linear regression ? It's So stupid.

Update your TAs, use objective based indicators and maths that is a bit more advanced than average of total / n and drawing lines by hand. Blahhh way too slow and subjective

Useful is subjective and thus not very useful , lol . But seriously, if the calculation is objective then it might be of use, bearing in mind there's a whole world of maths / science concepts which have barely been touched for their usefulness in TA.

Never mentioned an MA, was clearly referring to trend lines. MAs are math legit but very simple, almost too primitive to be any use. There are far better more objective ways of producing trendlines.

ROC is legit, the maths are sound but very simple. dp/P * 100. It is still lagging , could be a lot better with more advanced maths. Any other indicators you guys want me to comment on ?
