    This is a combo of trying out cnms2's suggestion to closely inspect Spyder's lines with Mr_Black's idea of drawing a chart by hand. After doing this exercise it's easy to see that getting all of this will take some time. It felt good, though. Thanks for the ideas.

    What a nifty journal! I make the dancer turn either direction by looking at her through my peripheral vision while imagining she's spinning the opposite way. Once she's spinning the other way, I look back directly at her and she keeps going that way. Trying this by looking at her directly...
