btw, that is not to say you can't be profitable using channels/gaussians only on the 5 min. chart, because you can. i was simply sharing with you what has helped me improve.

Halfway decent paper trading day even though there were many errors. +13.5 points from 14:46 to 16:01 ET. Don't really know how some of the trades worked because at some points I just "felt" like the market would turn and that's not going to cut it in the future, hence the debriefing time...

I understand where you're coming from. My charts seem to be ok a lot of the time. The analysis of all the lines and annotations is the next area of focus for me. It's sort of like knowing how to write letters but not being able to read.
