24-48 hours for a wire transfer? I've always been able to get one done either same day or if I initiated it at night have it received by around noon the next day. Sounds bogus to me.

You havent listed very much in the way of your requirements but that is a pretty solid system so I doubt you will be disappointed. Is this a Dell Precision 670? The only other thing you might want to consider (if money isnt an object and top performance is important) is a second processor.

What happens if no one takes responsibility for the attack? How much proof is required before we retaliate (and what if it turns out later that we were wrong)? What if the terrorists do not have any one country as a "home"? Who do you bomb then?

I have no answer to that question and would really doubt if any person does. Consider that the opposite could also occur (someone takes losses in a non-derivative market that yields an edge in their related options trading)
