    Good Post. I agree 4/15 is almost like cardio with weights. Remember you want to tear and rebuild. Atticus, its sounds like nitro is lifting 30 min for 6 days per week, I am curious what you would construct using that time frame.

    What happens with human acceleration with the 110 meters hurdles? 200 meters? I am sure some scientist has wasted his time breaking it down. Probably the taller you are the longer it takes to hit max speed.

    If you dont already try thowing 3 min HIIT for every 15 min of cardio you are doing. You will probably notice a difference in a week. Also you could switch the cardio from a treadmill to a rowing machine.
