What are we? Bone-idle f*ckers with a gambling streak a mile wide.

If you want to fail as a trader, study TA

Mmmm, one for the newbies. SP500, 4hr candle, look for follow through action off the big % candles, strength moves to the up or downside.

The US is making a big fuss about some f*cking oil leaking out!! And yet they play down the biggest financial disaster in history like it's nothing!! I guess the tax payer can't physically get down to the southern states and clean up the mess!!?? What about the protesters!? I'm...

BP is gone. Under 5 in 12 months

Good call! I'm buying BP, wall street is buying BP, every f*cker on the planet is buying BP. You know why? Nobody gives a flying f*ck about the southern states, but everyone wants the money. This is trading, this is the real face of the markets.

BP is gone. Under 5 in 12 months

Exactly! The US government(Obama) is just positioning itself for the vote. If the oil that is currently being pumped out into the gulf was such a major problem then it would be stopped immediately. The truth is, the US government doesn't give a flying f*ck about anything that doesn't...

If you want to fail as a trader, study TA

Good, i'm glad you have made a connection (only in your own mind of course) Your problem is the same type of problem that transpires through the usage of charts. You may become a successful trader yet, hold your original thought. Even as a group, retailers will not move the market, at...

If you want to fail as a trader, study TA

Wether a person uses a chart or not, how they will make money will be totally unique to themselves. Afterall, there are only two sides to the market, the right side and the wrong side. A trader may find themselves on the right or wrong side of the market, but it's how they cope with both...

If you want to fail as a trader, study TA

Have you ever thought that charts may not suit you? They say a picture can paint a thousand words, but do you really want your mind to be overloaded with chart words? Support, resistance, channel, pinbar, insidebar, moving average, hammers, head and shoulders etc etc etc i could just go on...

    Tangible Explanations?

I understand that my original question would probably have some of the more autistic/OCD types pulling thier hair out... Maybe next time i won't be so cruel, i'll ask a simple question about SR or volume....hahaha!

Those who still use T/A don't get it! :-)

Institutions, commercials, funds,......then your one contract. I'm sure it's worth ripping you off. Stop blaming everyone else for your own inadequecies.

Leave stop loss and target or exit early?

Look, stops are one thing, but trading as a profession means keeping on top of the market. Checking up on your position at work is not really to be considered as the thing to do. Trading is a full time occupation, like all other proper occupations. Putting a stop in and then going off...

If you want to fail as a trader, study TA

Wow!!! Spread-betting buy and hold charts, aren't you the expert! Hahaha! I guess you must use your leverage to it's full advantage......NOT! If you're making more than 15% per year i'll eat my spongebob square pants. Keep trading for yourself, no professional outfit would touch...

    Tangible Explanations?

Why do people try to explain how trading works? This surely must be an exercise in futility? Why do you do it?

If you want to fail as a trader, study TA

Spongebob!? Hahaha! How are the crab futures?:) Nice to see you again, and i see you are trying to enlighten the locals. Charts can be traded by the experienced trader, but this is because the experienced trader can see through the extra dimensions that are posed by charts.:cool...

Is this the key to trading successfully ?

Yes, basically, that is what successful trading boils down to. One word i would change is 'edge', you should change this to 'expectancy'. Experience will give you an expectancy of favoured outcome in any one situation.
