    BTW, A very helpful office manager from Echo informed me that the yearly fees for the PHLX are $250 for the year, not $500 as previously stated. I checked the site and this is correct. http://www.phlx.com/exchange/feeshapp.html :)

    If you join Echo (PHLX) you will have to pay $500 to become a member. If you join Bright (CSE) you will have to pay $1000 to become a member.

    What, if any, are the additional risks of joining an LLC firm like Lynx. Is this one of those "sub-LLCs" that Don Bright is always frowning upon? My guess is that Lynx would not be as well capitalized as the parent company (Andover). But neither one of them is going to be SPIC insured so...
