Could it be a psychological factor, you not being totally comfortable with the increased size and therefore not responding the same way?

And if it wasn't enough, after the market close you will read very insightfull stories on Yahoo! from nowhere journalists knowing shit about trading telling you exactly why the stock went down (or up), like they knew or called every investor/trader and asked them their motives. Just adding to...

Gime your numbers (S&P fut @ 9:15 (march09), S&P previous close, FV used), I'll plug them in my spreadsheet and tell you. In all cases I take my S&P value after 9:15, close to 9:25 or something.

Thread for big locals/scalpers, 1000 rt's/day or more

Maybe you could post some basic stats about your trading so we can analyse them and start from there; %winner, average win, average loss, max win, min loss, ... but I guess you dont have that. So first thing, get the numbers and then you could think about improving something.

Well I could have cut it but I judged it would retrace. I think this is as bad as it can get. Assuming your flat on...

I agree with both lescor and Donkee. If you get an average of 3 fills per day, 2-10 cents on average, 70% winning rate you can get close to 10 cents per day. But it really depends what you do, which stocks you trade... I average 0.05-0.07 per share 3 fills per day. There is no free lunch...

    F : Possible Buy-In WTF?

I really can't say that and I dont really think so. It would be very subtle and not really long tradable. Never as bad as the mother of all short squeze we got 2 months ago with the overnight ban.

    F : Possible Buy-In WTF?

As long as I know, at anytime the shares borowed can be called back and you have to deliver. Totally legal, business as usuall. They are making you a gift by telling you in advance you might be asked to give the shares back. So, you have the time to buy back the share and unload a complex option...

I have orders to buy calls on the USO at lower prices but I might start pilling right away to get an average price and not miss the boat. At 30 I sell my clothes and go all in.
