The media really trashed the title DAY TRADER.... so just stay away from it so that you won't be associated as "the lucky bastard that made his fast money during the bubble". Specify what you trade usually keeps you away from all further questions. Equity Trader / Bond Trader / Futures...

To be honest ... Career as a rebate trader will not last very long in my opinion. Wouldn't you agree? When these rebate gimmicks disappear from the ECNs, what do you do next? And one can only pray that the volume starts picking up again... or else... anyways, it's definitely not...

I switched and I find that NQs are obviously thinner, but provides faster / higher profit targets when your trading strategy is right. I would suggest you try a single contract and see it for yourself. It isn't hard to capture 2pts in the NQs per trade, and 20 times in a single trading day...

Fishing You analyse and research for a good spot to sit, then you settle, you wait, you catch, and than you head home. Where some luck can be involved, but the good fishermen always seem to be in that "lucky" position everyday!. Never come home empty handed :D

Yes i spot similar patterns on a few other stocks too, but the volume weren't there for most of them AT was a nice one! Good job! (Trend fader's expertise... trend fading. :p )
