Socialist price fixing leads to riots, shortages and deaths

How is this either Socialist or price fixing? The people were rioting to protest against planned tax hikes.

    How to read a stock's closing price a 16:00?

As @GaryBtrader stated, the exchange does publish an official closing price, a few minutes after RTH ends. I use NxCore which has a indicator that this is the official closing price. The only way that I know of to get the official closing price from IBkr is to do a reqHistoricalData request, but...

    IB Historical Data Step Size

And I would also add that the exchanges also place limits on how much download data IBkr, or any other broker, can provide for free.

Webull to IB for API ?

If the Webull API is working for you, what do you hope to gain by moving to IB? The coding effort is not insignificant.

Why is TLT and IWM Diverging?

I don't understand why you think there should be any correlation between IWM (smallcap ETF) to TLT (Treasuries ETF).

    Confused about reqHistoricalData() and historicalData()

Because everything in the IB API is asynchronous. In order to return the data as a Collection or Array, the IB API would have to suspend all other events until the the historical data is returned. In a typical IB API usage, with quotes, trades, etc., there are more than a hundred events...

How is Palantir not at $85 ?

That is NOT a minor quibble. Regarding earnings, the market only cares about three things - did the company beat expectations, meet expectations or came in below expectations. If a high growth company fails to meet expectations, expect the market to punish the stock

    The .01c Div.

One reason that a company may pay a 1 cent dividend is so that can say "We have paid dividends for x consecutive years".

    American debt

You are confusing 2 things. First you are confusing the Deficit (the amount the government spent minus the amount the government received, in the last year) with the Debt (the total of all the yearly deficits). Second when politicians say that they have reduced the deficit, you would naturally...

AAPL,AMD,AMZN,AVGO,COST,GOOGL,META,MSFT,NVDA,TSLA Those 10 comprise 49% of the Nasdaq index. Note that the symbol you want is GOOGL not GOOG (which are the non-voting shares). I am not sure why you don't just buy QQQ. Also, the MAGS ETF (Magnificent 7) has just the top 7 Nasdaq stocks.

Why can't I trade both bid and ask simultaneously?

Are you asking if you can have both a bid and ask outstanding on the same stock? As long as you have not lock-crossed the stock (i.e. where the bid price equals or exceeds the ask price), you certainly can, and IB does allow it.

Bitcoin Jesus arrested in Spain, or how not to expatriate

Of course it makes sense. Otherwise any US citizen who made a windfall profit, could avoid all taxes by becoming an expat, selling the asset, then reapplying for US citizenship. The best way to avoid the taxes is to borrow money for living expenses, using the asset as collateral, and never...
