it depends on where the corporation is resident. ie where was the corporation incorporated, where are the management living etc.

its much harder for real estate... i guess it depends, the methods differ if you're looking to invest in a principal residence or a rental. i guess for principal residence you'd be looking for stuff like average sales prices of specific regions and looking for a longer term horizon. for a...

reits trade like stocks though... IMO they're not really a substitute for real estate.

i think you'd have a hard time using TA on real estate because you wouldn't have enough quality information on the market... there are not enough transactions and comparable properties to make good judgement.

try your local real estate board. for canadians there is www.royallepage.com that has records dating back to the mid 70s.

this so called "commission free" trading is bull... i checked out the gci website and instead of paying "commission" you get handicapped by paying .5 of a point on the S&P cfd (equiv to es), and .8 of a point on the Nasdaq 100 cfd (equiv to nq), which works out to be $25 and $16 respectively.

i've never used ensign but have heard lots of good things about it. why would someone choose to use ensign with an esignal data feed when they could just use esignal's charts? i'm aware they have a playback feature but other than that, what's so special about ensign?
