    In addition to non-fills at entry, there isn't a guarantee that exit orders will be filled at the closing price. So, you should also have slippage adjustments in your back tests for exits.

    Why? I have used cable for several years with very few problems. On the rare occasion it doesn't work well, Comcast has promptly fixed it. In my experience, cable is very fast and reliable.

    Automation allows the most extensive coverage. As the search process becomes more manual, its scope must decrease. People do not need to scan hundreds or thousands of securities to be successful. Regardless, searches of those extents are possible, but they require computers to do.
