r-in, i agree with you, yet i dont understand those MK that give you grief because from what i see and how you trade, you NEED to take time off mid-day, to not only recharge to bring your "A" game back for the close, but simply not to grind and in the process wear yourself out - which over time...

about 3/4 years ago, i did an exercise whereby I ran a scan looking for 5k+ bids, hitting the inside bid in not too thick issues and i would print out the tape for the day, and I would sit and review the prints along with the bid x ask at each print level. it was good for me at the time because...
