I called Gateway and got a remanufactured 17", 2gig mem, 100gig HD, and brand new Intel 2.1 GHZ duo core chip set. $750 shipped, with 1 yr warranty.

Printed material won't last long either. It's not "green". San Francisco county is about to ban fireplace fires. Some wingnut claims they account for 33% of the particulate matter in the air.

:D LOVE the thread title..really made me laugh. WITH you, not AT you. I mentioned Hyper-Inflative Depression on another thread, and was surprised I got some to agree that it's possible, 1 or 2 even said probable.

6 months ago I got an Acer 22" at Best Buy for like...$200, and a nice DVI card. On the way home, I found a 15"Samsung on the side of the road for free. Got home, hooked both up, put the DOM and Trading platform on the Samsung, Charts on the Acer. Perfect!
