problem with options is 2 fold. 1) options are'nt that liquid,2)the spreads can be very wide.

i am not saying it is impossible,what i am saying is that most traders did not see this and by the time there was a bonafied breakout,the pricers jumped to far and too fast. it was'nt gradual,it was a 150 point jump in minutes.

is it true than ANYONE can start a hedgefund and trade equities as long as the fund is no larger than 400k and has 15 investors or less? does this rule apply to hedgefunds dealing in equities or bonds? i know it does for commodities.

this was a total "whip saw rally" that most missed out on. the break below support caused many to go short and the rally happened so fast that most covered at much higher prices. this was one of those unforeseen events that traders just cannot predict. some guys made money,don't get me wrong but...

so basically anyone can open a retail account with 4-1 margin and then offer sub accounts to friends? in order to do that,do they have to become an LLC for the retail firm to allow the account to be broken up or the retail firm has no idea this is going on?
