it's not a secret. all hedge funds use this strategy. If you want to be insurer of the markets...that's fine...just be ready to pay out once in a while. the majority of the time...markets do nothing. there is an inherent bias to short premium.

most recent update is that he has automated them and divides these NLs for stocks in certain groups and sectors to assess their strength and weaknesses. that's why I wanted to automate them as well...scoring them by hand is really tedious.

Hey guys, I am plotting these NL by hand and want to know where to ask/pay people to write a code/algo for ToS to automatically calculate the number line? Not really good with coding and dont want to be swindled. Any recommendations on writers, forums, or site to request such a job? Thanks

True. Never actually had the time to do this full-time. Trading is so hard because it requires capital and for someone starting out...they have to continue working to acquire said capital and cannot completely go full time and dedicate 100% until they're already profitable. It's a catch-22...
