was there ever an earthquake measuring 7.8 on the richter scale (like sichuan, china 2008) on the u.s. that killed only 50 people? the more recent haiti one was only 7.0.
did it back in 2002. might be too simple a reason, but basically summed up by this quote "It is better to have tried and failed than to never have tried at all".
been hearing alot about these type of violence in haiti. have not read much, if any, about these sort of things happening in sichuan, china after the 8.0 earthquake in 2008, though.
