takeover target?

is this a takeover target? it looks like an institution is sucking up shares... is today above the trendline? i bought on friday - sold this morning.. anyone know anything about this company or have comments on the chart?

"It doesn't seem fair that they can post orders at times when the general public cannot" it doesnt and it isnt, imo, but they do.

i am interested in others' thoughts on this... comments?

my take on the why of this: simply that corporate earnings are through the roof. i see an up trend in SP-500 daily, weekly, monthly. corporate earnings are so high that they're supporting higher equity prices, imo.

fyi - shares short ratio is approximately 20%.

now short QLD from 84.21. you had to see this coming, what with the previous highs on the QQQQs untouched while the DJ makes new highs. this is a hedge for my longs.

i love bear markets and i love to short. that being said, this market wants to go up in daily, weekly and monthly timeframes right now. that is what im seeing. This could end any time obviously. all in my opinion of course.

this may turn out to be the correct call - the next two days should give some confirmation, imo.
