    I take your point .. there is a thin line Hope regulators look in to it more deeply, The test fee can be construed as "First loss/ skin in the game type payment and hence same as True prop! ( unless you are employed at true prop as a salaried employee and does not have to do any capital contribution

    Even when they fund you with a live account, you are trading with someone else's money under a contractual relationship Ok but then how come legit Prop forms have broker dealer license like Bright Trading !

    Test fees are normally under $300 so people don't bother ,,, and this is exactly what these business models prey on 10,0000 x $200 collected few thousands funded or one day just make a runner... why the regulators are not acting,, the problem is under the disguise of "Freedom of everything"...

    how exactly does it work as compared to STOCK ETF? Buying ETF on exchange does not create new units, just changes hand , Creating new units and increasing AUM means ETF after getting the new money commitment has to go and purchase new Bitcoins, correct
