Yoohoo told me Oanda seems ok to use.... Doesnt IB have a $ 10,000 start level? I didnt have that much to invest. so I went with Oanda. So far they seem ok. it took a few weeks to get thru the Identity confirmation/account funding process but once up and running,it seems ok so far.
