A lot of the fund managers manipulate the market and stock prices. Cathie Wood is clearly one of them. Bill Ackman. And most of the active fund managers. Media is their main weapon. Pumping or trashing.

I think different types of cash accounts are treated differently. IRA is standard. But most do not offer limited margin for HSA, ESA and other special tax deferred account types. Both Schwab and Fidelity are like this. Have to watch the dumb 2-day settlement rule.
