Interactivebrokers offers a conditional trade they call OCA where the execution of one cancels remaining non-executed trades.

I tried the web based version of TWS today and had same problems. Also trie earlier version and it lasted longer, but about 3:40p started breaking down showing negative shares bid.

I've been watching the level2 and last sale feeds on various NASDAQ stocks and am curious as to two things: 1) the quantity and price of the last sale rarely matches either the number of best bid or ask shares or their respective prices. I can't believe there are that many market orders...
