Interesting..I've also had some problems with span (not) pricing a spread..the bid/ask are a bit crazy esp after hrs.

I think it will continue to be a 2 sided market for the balance of the year. Econ news isn't all that bad but there is enough uncertainty to keep bulls from over committing, perfect for the short term trader.

I think a number of replies are "blaming the victim". I agree with the OP its a crappy thing to do...It makes me think the broker is so small and short of funds its actually worried about being "stuck"???Seriously...with that action and crappy service I would switch brokers asap. even IB...

dunno...broader market (ES/TF) has been weaker than YM/NQ...not really sure if its a harbinger of a real down move or just consolidation prior to resumption upwards.

Most of the trading occurs in the 1st couple of hours or EOD. Thurs is fine, know ahead of time what your trade/price is then put the trade on and give it time. If you are filled too quickly then it prob wasn't a great trade. The RUT is harder to fill IWM much easier.

Yes it is a very expensive lesson and the market makers are quite happy there are always ppl out there who forget/don't know. I was sitting on ES options and during the night made sure I was covered....it sucks and I still think there is manipulation going on with the SET but its part of the...
