    Deciphering the IB Account Statement

what timezone? if you made the wire request from your bank @ 1PM... chances are that might have been after your local bank's cutoff... usually, their cut-off for same day is noon or 1PM... if it was after their cut-off, then it will reflect the next business day... so it will show @ IBKR on...

Journal Promotes Profits, So I heard

sideways, if you manage to realize it in time, just means fading... and tight stops.. so sideways become scalping once the range is "defined" ... but it requires specializing in a product... because you have to recognize the behavior quickly... and as such, the change in behavior... otherwise...

Recommend FCM that takes $150~$250k yearly commissions?

you were focusing on retail accessible, you can go via IB to GSET... but if your focus is full prime, then diff stories and I would assume you have talked to MS/JPM/ML/CS/Citi/UBS... but then, you did say you didn't wanted to tie up $50MM... honestly, ping garachen... he can more than likely...

Recommend FCM that takes $150~$250k yearly commissions?

( 2,500,000 / 220 ) 2 = 22,727 in actuality, there are 250-252 trading days (well, i am using equities anyhow)... but realistically... 220 trading days is a good average to account for disruptions, etc... but if I used 252 that just becomes 19,841 contracts per day... given your 2.5MM...

@ 22K+ contract traded per day, I will assume that you have member rates, and that you are a group and as such can work with the institutional side of the FCM's... given your comments about prime... because comms are not your bulk of cost... I've dealt with Advantage, they can easily go to...
