I know it's time to call it quits for the day when I pull up the ER2 chart thinking I can make back my money:( . I don't know why I do that but everytime I have a bad day i start watching the ER , as soon as that happens I quit for the day.

I agree as well, when I trade what I know I can trade, over the long haul I make more than I lose, but when I try other things I invariably lose. I tried a few different things this last month in addition to my reular trading in a bid to "make it easier on myself and have more free time" but...

I think the long based on the 60 min is safe. I looks like a head and shoulders setting up, so it should bounce to form te right shoulder. Lets see how it pans out, I am flat right now, I haven't got any clear signals yet to trade.

Hey Gary I was thinking about your problem of having to keep leaving to visit patients and missing out on some good trades. So my suggestion is why not turn this into a a S/R/HEALTH JOURNAL, answer patients question while trading, 2 birds one stone.

I admire your discipline,, I am trying to copy emulate it,, sometimes i do well other times I get emotional. Fair play.

Its very hard sometimes for us poor folk not to get shaken out of a trade when you don't have gazzillions of $$ that you do B1.:) Seriously though, I have read that your stop loss is 2% of your portfolio is that the only stop you use.

I think B1S2 could be right about a fall from here. This whole leg up has been like watching an old man crossing the road, arthritic and slow. But that being said,, we are close to some important levels and the market could easily surprise us. About the comment about trading before the FOMC...

My trading stratedgy on the er is to not trade it. I have had some bad losses in quick succession, more power to you if you can trade it well, you will make a lot of money. A quote i really like is, " I am not so much concerned about the return on my money, more so the return of my money."

I could only picture a need for protecting yourself legally if you were to charge for it. I do think that you are underestimating the demand for for an application like you are describing, not everyone wants to spend $100's a month on things they dont even know they will be able to use...

Do you have a strict set of rules you use to enter and exit or do you use discretion on each trade? It is the rules that have saved me and kept me making money. Even when I doubt the signals I follow them as I know of the course of time it will pay off. Hope you make your money back.
