When you pause an order on TWS it is CANCELLED. It doesnt rest on the exchange. Reactivating the order is the same as a new order, so all parameters should be changeable. Even if that wasn't the case, if the platform is showing one thing and doing another , that in itself is a bug...

This was reported and is being ignored. Create an order, route to any exchange. Pause the order. Change to a different exchange (use destination field and dropdown) Reactivate order New order goes to ORIGINAL selection, not new, displayed route.
