Dan34: You need to type AMEX:QQQ or AMEX:SPY If you don't QCharts thinks that they are NYSE stocks. Same concept holds if you want to bring up a Dow Chart. You then need to type INDEX:INDU I don't know you have to do this, but it works. kempo

If you're interested in trading the Q's, you should check out Don Miller on tradingmarkets.com. He daytrades them on a 3min time, with 1 min & 13 min charts as well. However, he just trades them off NQ charts, no QQQ chart. He uses various entries ie MA crosses and Bollinger band extremes...

I agree with Turok - The IB hot keys are for me much faster than point and click. Once you get some skill with the hot keys, nothing else will do! Overall, I'm very happy with IB and will stay forever (so far) ;) my 2 cents kempo

Since the Naz 100 is a weighted composite of 100 stocks - Wouldn't the stocks with the higher weighting be more likely to lead and not follow the futures? Then, wouldn't the lower weighted (lower mkt cap?)stocks be the ones more likely to follow? And if they do follow, how long before...

The QCharts feed has dramatically improved over the last month. I have had maybe 1 or 2 problems over the entire month. Having said that, I use RavenQuote with the QCharts feed. Excellent charting, etc. Kempo
