Is there any daytrading regulations on Canadian and European stocks via IB platform ? P.S I said U.S stocks about the reason of more shortable stocks available on my broker than European markets.

No I am not waiting someone to sponsor of my system. I am just seeking a fair way to trade on U.S stocks without daytrading restrictions. Is there any way other than CFD's ? CFD'S are silent killers in the long-run.
