You can get a clean 5 wave count into the high if you have an extended wave (1)... Something like this, they're scribbling ??? 10min ES

OEX (top 100 of the s&p500) makes up over 66% of the SPX... We uses this index, as the main one to watch, when dealing with the +ve/-ve divergences for directional bais. 60min OEX :)

Hi blnbr, Your right about the 61.8% support as EWI ect will be looking towards at the least a wave wave ii low of a 5th... (ed or an even an ext..) (5 wave (c) looks way to sloppy compaired to the (a) but that just imho. ;-) The popular count....

That 60min ES chart... 1006 area is the 161.8%

PTEN held its last alternate wave so it met its minimum downside target... So no real clear cut signal ...needs to bust it or its still in its up ward degree....

Most of the software will have a 1,2 count off an e wave low on the Globex... The problem is , it didn't clear its +12.25 Alt so it leaves it exposed to a move below 964 which would also catch most EW counters the wrong way round...? Take your pick..... both bear/bull bail lines are on...

As usual I'm on the Bear side off things with the EUR ect ...:D Mu's covered the bull... :)
