I have Vista 64 bit. The OS can address more than 4GB. (a 32 bit program is still a 32 bit program, even when it is running under a 64 bit OS)

I am thinking of upping my RAM to 8GB. With the price of RAM these days, it is not a big expense. I don't have any program that can use more than 2GB... but with more RAM, that means I have have more programs opened and more things cached.
