    Mesh Network with 5G failover

You can get routers these days with a slot for a sim card. So if your cable connection goes down the internet automatically shifts to the sim connection. Look at Draytek modems/routers.Many business broadband providers have this sort of system and for traders (at home) it's always better to go...

    The best price action

You're going to find that all markets are erratic. YM is a great market to trade.

Which strategy of forex is the best and fully safe?

The best and safest strategy in pretty much all markets is the one you've personally taken YEARS to perfect. Again, YEARS to perfect. And during those years of learning, most people have to suffer...

What are "normal" bid/ask spread for EUR/USD?

IG's spreads are normally ALWAYS larger than their competitors. However, a problem that you've got, being American, is that there are very few FX brokers available to use. Also, why EUR-USD? It's picked up a bit (action wise) over the last several months but why not try GBP-USD, normally far...

    Does the market really change?

I don't think they change overtime apart from the amount of volume. Go to TradingView.com, put up a weekly chart of the Dow, go back to the 1920's onwards and you'll see the same sort of moves as today. Up, down, sidesways and so on, little different. As for edges coming and going, sure...

What leverage should be good for a newbie to use?

And as others have said, it's a good idea not to risk any money so use SIM trading at least for the first few months. Many say SIM is no good because no money is on the line. That's true to a certain degree but then why do pro sports people practice the whole time when there's no pressure? The...

What leverage should be good for a newbie to use?

Don't focus on leverage, focus on potential loss per trade. If you're anywhere but the US, you can trade micro lots, with a 10-20 tick stop you'd be looking at a few USD in losses when wrong. Continue to trade that amount till you get constantly profitable, bearing in mind that can take years...

FCA Bans Crypto-Derivatives Starting with 2021

FCA is probably the most useless government agency, and that's saying a lot. For example, if you want to rip off UK citizens via fraudulent offerings (land banking, wine investment scams, bogus bond offerings etc) then you won't have any problems from the FCA or Police. Basically there's a...

Kamala wants a 0.2% transaction tax

It's no great leap of faith to think that some US markets could be taken offshore because of a FTT. Perhaps use Bitcoin as the base currency. Don't laugh, with technology moving at the pace it is, all sorts of things are possible. Why can't Citadel for example setup an offshore exchange for...

Why is 'market profile' only used for futures?

I don't use or understand MP but I learned a lot about price and the markets via reading all of Steidlmayer's books. To say he has a deep understanding of price/markets is a gross understatement. A great teacher of markets/trading. I particular like his ideas on 'the you' part of trading.

    Adjusting to 24/7 markets

I think if traders want the best chance of trading 24hour markets they have to go for long dated charts, 240m is a mimimum, with the day/360m combo probably better. If you trade the 60m for example then it's no real life, unless you'e got a mega account (millions+) to be worrying about the...

Lumber tanking 50% in a week. Why?

Lumber has always been a crazy one, fortunes made and lost. I've just read a good book, West of Wall Street, written by a big local in the S&P pit during the mid 1980s. He wrote that many on the floor loved to build up long term positions in Lumber because when it went, it went. He also wrote...

adding to winners.. valid or no?

How and why did you add? Was it to do with the price action? The trick I've found is to add on moves where you can feel that everyone is trapped and the market is not letting them out (at a nice price, ie a retracement). Hence you get the air-pockets when everyone realises at the same sort of...

How long did it take you to realize that you were a gambler?

Yep, that's why I said there are a few speculators in Casinos, the card counters (if allowed, or if not caught) and the Poker guys. Both of them aren't gambling assuming they're sticking to their game-plan. Mostly of course Casinos are full of gamblers with no chance over the long term of...

How long did it take you to realize that you were a gambler?

Intellectual effort is not the same as University intellectuals many of whom are IYI as Taleb rightly points out. IYI = Intellectuals yet Idiots. For example, I never went to university but I apply much intellectual effort to my trading every day...

How long did it take you to realize that you were a gambler?

Successful trading is down to intellectual effort. Gambling is more often than not down to pure luck (high level Poker and card counting are excluded). What's interesting is that in the markets there are of course gamblers just as much as in the Casinos there are a few speculators.

    Better than 5 seconds candles

Apparently 4 second charts get superior trading results than 5 second charts. But as others have said, get Sierra charts or Ensign for Windows, both can handle those ultra short term charts.
