I prefer a centralized distribution exchange rather than how FX distributes price and volume through not one single exchange. Needless to say I do trade FX successfully, I just believe there are so many dodgy brokers involved within the FX industry. Like you say , you need to do your research.

Biggest stop i have on the Dax is 18 ticks. Am presently changing that as my updated system is getting higher % success rate due to a better entry strategy. So stop will be smaller.

Took one Dax trade last night for $200, but then missed the big short, however I was short the ES via my CFD platform which paid out another $355 AUD. AUD @1.30pm or 1hr 45 . AUDJPY daily close wasn't the best and sort of a month close doji.
