This sounds like "you're guilty unless proven innocent". If this works like that any person keeping a journal in ET can be subject to a SEC investigation on same ground. Picking up an entire year of trade history posts can be a nightmare.

The 2% maximum DD is on the initial 25K or at any time ? I guess it is at any time (that's what makes sense for a trader). Achieving 10% profit without having 2% DD at anytime requires a good amount of luck.
